From the President (no, not Trump)

I, like many consumers, have found the beauty in online purchasing. Shop from the convenience of home with confidence in your purchase. This is my attempt to bring that experience to what has, traditionally, involved an in-home "visit" with a "consultant" who brings us to a logical conclusion about our HVAC needs. Then, to be sure we’re making an informed decision, we are expected to repeat that time-consuming process three times or more? Who has the time for that?

I still believe the consumer should get educated about the options available to them, but, I don't think you need to just take my word for it. The "interweb" has plenty of resources to bring you to your logical conclusion. We simply want to make the purchase process as seamless as possible with a company you can trust.
